This rowing machine features a patented magnetic resistance control system. With a 7.5 kg flywheel and 5 levels of resistance, this magnetic resistance system provides a smooth workout. Also for comfort, the BodyWorx KR100 has a PU moulded seat and pivoting foot pedals with Velcro straps. Three LCD screens display feedback on your performance on this machine, including displaying: time, count, calories, distance, speed, and strokes per minute. This machine is easily folded for storage and has transport wheels so you can move it from room to room without difficulty. The assembled dimensions of the machine are 2260 mm by 480 mm by 560 mm.
